TERMS OF USE & GAME SUBMISSION POLICY

Welcome to Barev Games LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website at barevgames.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. Ownership & Intellectual Property. All content, visual interfaces, graphics, design, compilation, and materials on this Site are owned by or licensed to Barev Games LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute Site content without our prior written permission.
2. Unsolicited Pitch Decks & Game Submissions. Barev Games LLC actively reviews mobile games for acquisition, licensing, and publishing. The following applies to all pitches, materials, builds, metrics, concepts, and communications submitted to us through the Site, by email, or otherwise ("Submissions"):
Non-Confidentiality. All Submissions are non-confidential. Barev Games LLC does not accept or execute non-disclosure agreements for unsolicited Submissions, and no confidential or fiduciary relationship is created, even if materials are marked "confidential."
No Obligation. A Submission does not create any contractual relationship and does not obligate Barev Games LLC to review, acquire, license, publish, or compensate you.
Independent Development. You acknowledge that Barev Games LLC continuously evaluates, acquires, and publishes casual and puzzle games. We may acquire, publish, or develop titles similar or identical in concept, mechanics, or style to any Submission, without liability, compensation, or credit to you.
Evaluation License. By submitting, you grant Barev Games LLC a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to review, internally copy, and evaluate your Submission solely to consider a potential business relationship. No other rights transfer except under a separate written agreement signed by both parties.
Your Warranty. You represent that you own or control all rights in your Submission, that it does not infringe any third party's rights, and that it contains no third party's confidential information.
3. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Barev Games LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, and our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
4. Changes. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with an updated date. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance.
5. Privacy. Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy at barevgames.com/privacy.
6. Governing Law & Venue. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Exclusive venue for any dispute lies in the state and federal courts located in Spokane County, Washington, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
